Coordinator, Interpreting Service

Are you a leader with the ability to mentor, manage and coach? We are looking for an Interpreting Service Coordinator. If you are successful in securing this position you will provide leadership, direction and coordination of the operations, budget and staff of the Deaf Society Interpreting Services, including responding to daily needs/requests from internal and external customers providing supervision and coaching.

Customer Service Officer - Interpreter Bookings

We currently have a full time opportunity for a Customer Service Officer—Interpreting Bookings. You will be based in Parramatta to maintain excellent customer service for our customers who are booking Auslan interpreters or live captioning. You will be processing a high volume of requests via our online booking system, providing excellent customer service by way of phone calls, sms, email and direct customer interaction.

Administration Assistant

We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to support the organisation to reach its business objectives by providing support in respect to the Education Services area. With the full roll out of the NDIS you will provide support to all accredited and non accredited programs including but not exclusive to deaf learners, hearing learners, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and marketing. If successful you will oversee the day-to-day general administration and account keeping for Education Services. This role involves assisting in the creation and driving of new policies and practices, supporting staff with their tasks and facilitating the flow of information between networks, teams and both internal and external customers.
